Privacy notice

Encode5’s opportunity finder and project brief run in your browser. The opportunity finder uses your answers to create a suggested starting point. The project brief turns the details you enter into a text file you can download or an email draft you can review. Nothing is sent to Encode5 automatically.

Information stored in your browser

If you use the opportunity finder to open the project brief, your suggested topic and message are stored temporarily in your browser session so they can appear in the brief form. The data is removed from session storage when the form reads it. An earlier version of this site may have saved visual color preferences in local storage; you can clear those through your browser settings.

Site hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like other web hosts, it may process technical request data, such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.

Contact

You can contact Encode5 by email. If you choose “Open email draft,” your email application receives the contact details and message you entered, and you decide whether to send it. The draft limits the message length to 1,200 characters; the downloaded brief retains your full entry.
